DESIGNER SERVICES

Process Explanation

1. Order Placement

- The client places the order through our website.

- Our team will contact them at the email provided at checkout.

- If there is no response within 48 hours, the payment will be refunded and the service canceled.

2. Form Submission

- In our initial email, the client will receive a form to fill in:

  • Type of item desired

  • Purpose of the item (e.g., for a dojang, birthday gift, etc.)

  • Who will use it (to tailor measurements and materials)

  • Preferences or extra details they wish to share

  • Contact name and phone number

  • Desired colors and materials

3. Design Process

- Once the form is submitted, our team begins working on the design.

- We may contact the client again to clarify details and tailor the design experience.

- For Full Package clients: our team will schedule a video call within 48 hours to exchange opinions and ideas about the design and process.

4. Delivery of Designs & Quote

- The final designs will be delivered along with:

  • A quote of the total cost to craft the item in our workshop

  • Delivery costs

  • Bulk order pricing (if applicable)

  • Estimated delivery times for the finished item

Discounts

- Both packages include a 5% discount on our entire store, or on the item crafted through our services if the customer chooses to have it made with us.

- 10% discount on bulk orders exceeding $1,000.

Delivery Times

- Design Delivery: Guaranteed within 2 weeks, excluding festivities and holidays that may cause delays.

- Crafted Item Delivery: Timeframe depends on the complexity of the chosen design.

Notes / Disclaimer

- We do not take orders involving licensed items.

- We will advise the best materials, finishes, and processes, but the final decision is the client’s responsibility.

- We are not responsible for any issues resulting from these choices.

- No returns are accepted for customized items.

- Clients may reproduce our designs elsewhere only with proper credit to us as the creators, and only for a single item.

- We reserve the right to reject any project, in which case the cost of the already paid design service will be refunded.
